About Me

I’ve transformed the lives of hundreds of on-the-go men and women over the last 3 years

But here’s how the story began. As a rugby player, training was routine. But when I started my corporate job, things changed.

Long hours left me drained. I ditched healthy habits for fast food convenience. My once athletic physique rapidly declined as I gained over 30kg.

I felt and looked my worst.

Seeing a photo of myself on holiday was my wakeup call. I felt a sense of guilt and embarrassment knowing I’d let myself go.

I ditched takeaways, and learnt to cook quick, healthy meals. I also figured out how to maximise my gym time, fitting workouts into my busy schedule.

In just 12 months I lost 25kg. I regained my self-confidence and had way more energy. I felt mentally sharper and more focused at work but most importantly, I felt immense pride and happiness knowing that my health and body was in a good place.

I then realised many friends were also struggling to balance demanding careers with fitness.
